How do I become a member?
It’s easy! Simply choose a membership plan or a punch pass option that suits you best, sign the membership Agreement/Waiver, and book a tee time! We’ll be happy to meet you there to show you around and explain how access works.
What’s the difference between punch passes and monthly membership plans?
They work the same, but with different benefits:
Monthly membership plans allow members to book four tee times at a time and are granted an unlimited number of sessions per month. Membership fees are billed monthly.
The punch-pass plans allow members to book four tee times at a time, with a fixed number of sessions (10 or 20). Punch-pass plans are paid for in advance. Passes expire at the end of three and six months.
Half-yearly, Annual and Corporate membership plans allow members to book up to four tee times at a time, with an unlimited number of sessions. Plans are paid in advance.
Annual memberships are able to book up to 4 sessions per month at another bogibox clubhouse.
How do I know which membership plan is right for me?
The monthly membership plans work for members who want to go to bogibox a few times a week, to really improve their game and have some fun while doing it. The punch pass options work best for members who plan to visit bogibox a few times a month. Equally fun. Just less often.
What hours is bogibox open?
We’re open 24/7! Just book the tee time(s) you want!
How long are the sessions?
Each session is scheduled in 50-minute increments, with 10 minutes in between, to allow transition time for the next session, and to allow enough time for members to clean up before they leave.
As soon as you’ve used a 50-minute session, you can schedule another one. We’re ensuring access to all members and reducing no-shows with this policy.
How many bays are at bogibox?
One. Our goal is to provide our members with the best possible experience. You have the entire place to yourself when you visit, giving you and your guests privacy while you play!
Can I bring my friends and guests?
Absolutely! Bring your friends to play a round or just work on their swing. bogibox features the Trackman 4 or IO simulator and a lounge area. A perfect environment for fun, relaxation, and bonding. As a member, you will be responsible for your guests.
Is there food and beverage available at bogibox?
Pizza and various non-alcoholic drinks are available on site, for purchase within the app or via Square on the iPad. Or you can bring your own food and drinks. Some members have their favorite food delivered.
Are there any bogibox staff on site?
No staff onsite. You can schedule through the app and show up. You will have access through the bogibox app.
Who cleans up after a session?
You do! Please pick up after yourself upon leaving your session. We ask each member to treat the facility as if it were your own.
How do the lockers work?
Each locker comes with a lock. You can store your clubs in there, so you don’t have to drag to and from your car. Just ask us for our current monthly rate.
I am a Golf Instructor. Can I use my membership to teach?
For sure! Just book a tee time and meet your student there. Let us know if you need to use the storage area for any training aids and we’ll work with you on a solution.
Can I Cancel My Membership?
If you are on a month-to-month plan, you can cancel with a 30-day notice. Annual and Corporate members can cancel each year at the end of their membership agreement. If you move away, get injured or some other unforeseen issue arises, we’ll be happy to work with you.
What if I want to change my existing membership plan to a different plan during its term?
Just let us know. We’re happy to work with you!
Why is the number of memberships limited? How busy is it? Is it difficult to get tee times?
We limit the number of memberships to around 35 members, so that every member has ample and frequent access to their preferred tee times. Please join our wait list so that we can notify you as soon as a spot opens!
